Bon appetit!

When I ask my husband what he wants for breakfast, I get the same answer: "Omelet" :)). For me though, breakfast has lately become something more light, like cereals with yogurt, or maybe some pie or cake which go very well with my morning coffee :) This tart is part of this category, it's very easy to make and goes well with milk or coffee. The recipe is from Laura Adamache's blog, one of my favourite blogs.
Ingredients:
220 gr flour
100 gr sugar
100 gr butter
2 eggs
6 tablespoons of milk
vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3 apples
How it's made:
First melt the butter and let it cool down.
Mix the eggs with the sugar untill they look like a cream, add the melted butter, milk and gradually add the flour combined with the baking powder. Put the dough (it has to be a little thick) in a tart dish (which you had to butter and flour before), and flatten the surface nicely.
Place the quartered apples (you can make a model like I did) above the dough and slightly press them in the dough and sprinkle some sugar on them.
Place the tart dish in the preheated oven at 360 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Take it out of the oven, let it cool down, and serve warm. Bon appetit!
